About the Role

In this position, the ambassador serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting, and feedback on workplace services. Responsibilities include greeting employees at reception and conducting floor walks, performing routine soft‑service assessments to ensure SLA compliance, coordinating ambassador services, responding to requests within a day with personal follow‑up, supporting data collection and reporting, and assisting with client events and concierge duties. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to match candidate profiles with role requirements and maintains a robust privacy policy to protect personal information throughout the recruitment process. • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, and feedback on workplace services. • Spend at least four hours daily greeting employees at reception and performing floor walks to ensure spaces are stocked and maintained. • Conduct routine soft‑service walkthroughs to verify compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics. • Coordinate Ambassador services, ensuring execution aligns with standard processes and brand image. • Respond to all requests within one business day, providing personal follow‑up to close the loop. • Collect, analyze, and report data to align service delivery with client goals. • Support client events and serve as concierge for training‑center activities. • Manage multiple priorities independently with effective time‑management.

This client‑facing role blends a passion for hospitality, strong people skills, and a focus on creating a welcoming workplace environment. Required qualifications are a minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate, exceptional customer service and professionalism, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a highly collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work with diverse teams, excellent organizational and process‑management capabilities, adaptability to new technologies, experience building lasting professional relationships, and a background in continuous improvement initiatives. The role is onsite in Apex, NC, does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
