About the Role
In this client‑facing role, you will lead project scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring junior architects on public‑sector projects. The position emphasizes producing high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, intellectually engaging environment, and the studio leader will work with you to define professional goals and a career growth path. • Serve as primary client contact and deepen client relationships • Lead project presentations and develop design concepts • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget • Produce high‑quality work products and oversee design staff • Research client requirements, program guidelines, and standards • Conduct comprehensive code and product research • Lead projects from survey and design through construction • Coordinate technical details with engineering disciplines • Supervise preparation of specifications and front‑end documents • Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress • Prepare proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture • Licensed architect in the State of California • 10+ years of architectural project management experience • Experience with California public‑sector projects, especially transportation and public works facilities • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office • Strong writing, communication, and public speaking skills • In‑depth knowledge of California Building Code, IBC, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards

The salary range for this role is $115,000–$145,000, dependent on experience and location.
