Design electrical power, grounding, lighting, and instrument plans for EPC projects.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Utilize design tools in compliance with industry codes. • Support multiple client projects simultaneously. • Create and update electrical power plans, one-line diagrams, grounding and lighting plans, cable routing drawings, schematics, and installation details. • Design Substation and Motor Control Center (MCC) layouts, handling low/high voltage, electronics, and basic electrical calculations. • Develop instrument design plans, loop sheets, and related documentation using piping, civil drawings, and P&IDs. • Install distribution control systems, PLCs, and industrial measurement and control instrumentation with associated wiring. • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform field visits with clients.

What You Bring
• Apply basic knowledge of electronics, motor controls, and relay logic. • Possess 7+ years of EPC and onsite experience in electrical power distribution design. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and other design tools. • Knowledge of NEC, ISA, and other industry codes. • Demonstrated expertise in grounding, lighting, and instrument plan components.
