About the Role
The Workday Integration Developer joins the Digital Technologies Human Resources Applications Team to develop and support the global HR Workday platform. Using Workday’s integration technologies and implementation methodology, the role partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and reliable automation across the HR technology landscape. • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions • Troubleshoot Workday integration issues • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions • Analyze functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications • Provide guidance on integration strategies to business, IT, or service partners • Enhance end‑user experience with Workday integration products, tools, and services • Conduct unit and end‑to‑end testing of interfaces • Work with project teams during integration discovery and scoping phases • Coordinate deliverable schedules to meet timelines • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for Workday releases and regression testing • Follow change control processes for implementing changes

What You Bring
Success in this position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant or Developer, including hands‑on work with Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs or PECI. Additional experience with SOAP and REST web service APIs, as well as JavaScript, XSLT, JSON and XPath programming, is also required. • Minimum 3 years experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer • Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, or PECI • 2+ years integrating applications via SOAP and REST web service APIs • 2+ years JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and XPath programming
