Job Highlights
About the Role
The Warehouse Executive (Receiving) reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for overseeing inbound logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient material flow into the factory. The role supervises the receiving team, manages warehouse space, coordinates with buyers and external warehouse partners, and ensures compliance with operational, audit, and EH&S requirements. Supervision includes five forklift drivers, two data‑entry staff, and one cycle‑count storekeeper, ensuring efficient unloading, checking, and put‑away of materials. The executive schedules container unloads based on space availability and production needs, and manages Material Review Board (MRB) handling for rejected or non‑conforming items. Cross‑functional coordination involves collaborating with buyers to monitor inbound supply, preventing overstock or stockouts, and working with production, quality, and finance teams to support smooth manufacturing operations. The role ensures receiving‑related records are accurate and audit‑ready, validates discrepancies during cycle counts, drives corrective actions, and maintains high inventory accuracy through proper receiving practices. All receiving operations must adhere to EH&S, ISO, and internal audit standards; the executive participates in TPM, EH&S, CX, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen operational robustness. Process improvement responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, implementing efficiency enhancements, and contributing to the update of SOPs and work instructions for receiving processes.
