About the Role

• Create engineering and construction drawings using MicroStation or AutoCAD. • Perform basic engineering calculations and input data into analysis software. • Conduct field assignments, including roadway and highway inspections. • Review drawings, proofread reports, and provide engineering support throughout project phases.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in an ABET‑accredited Civil Engineering (or related) undergraduate or graduate program. • Demonstrated interest or prior internship experience in roadway or highway design, inspection, or construction. • Basic proficiency in CAD, spreadsheets, interpreting design drawings, and technical writing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; self‑motivated team player. • Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. • Working proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred). • Experience with engineering analysis and design tools like Civil 3D and HEC‑RAS (preferred).
