What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college/university • Proven commitment to prior employers • 10+ years of software development experience • Strong web development and troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and databases • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React) • Worked in fast‑paced Agile Scrum environments • Strong project management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication for all audience levels • Demonstrated team‑building and consensus‑building capabilities • Ability to motivate and lead high‑performance software teams • 2+ years of team leadership experience (preferred) • Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Aurora, Lambda) • Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch • Knowledge of commercial real estate (a bonus)
