About the Role
The position involves designing ICT systems for office fit‑outs, mixed‑use developments, industrial projects, and public‑sector organisations. You will analyse client business practices, develop tailored solutions, create work plans, define tasks, and deliver high‑quality technical outputs while leveraging broad technical expertise and a recognised specialism. Key design responsibilities include communication room and ICT cabinet design, structured cabling, telecoms planning, wireless networks, LAN switch networks, and connected real‑estate solutions. You will also support and integrate third‑party IP‑based technologies such as CCTV, access control, AV/multimedia (including IPTV, digital signage, room‑booking systems, and intelligent building components), and common network systems that interface with lighting control, BMS, and other MEP services. During the construction phase you will lead client design team meetings, conduct site inspections, analyse test results, and witness testing to ensure design intent is met. • Design communication rooms, ICT cabinets, structured cabling, telecoms, wireless and LAN networks. • Integrate IP‑based technologies such as CCTV, access control, AV/multimedia, digital signage, and intelligent building components. • Coordinate with MEP services including lighting control, BMS, and other building systems. • Lead client design meetings, conduct site inspections, analyse test results, and perform witness testing during construction. • Provide design‑led consultancy with extensive ICT experience and hold CNIDP certification.

What You Bring
We require extensive experience in design‑led consultancy projects, a Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP) credential, and an engineering degree that provides a strong technical foundation.
