About the Role

The Brokerage Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting broker teams by delivering superior administrative, marketing, research, and finance services. This position spans multiple functions, including business development, transaction management, finance, and client support, to ensure the overall success of the team. • Coordinates meetings with clients/prospective clients, including logistical support • Assists with all other administrative requests, including printing, packages, courier, etc. • Coordinates invoices and sends to the appropriate contact for payment • Submits and tracks expense reports; follows up on reimbursements as needed • Coordinates across internal departments to create pitch and proposal materials • Manages client contact lists and CRM database; enters new leads and updates opportunities • Maintains deal list on behalf of the team • Prepares draft deal-related documents for broker review and delivery • Organizes transition documents such as confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, and closing documents • Assists with coordination of marketing, research, and financial analysis for property packages and creates deliverables like BOVs and OMs • Enters and maintains listings across digital platforms • Creates and maintains e‑blast schedules • Prepares and maintains documentation for bids and closing activities • Assists with planning, scheduling, and promotion of broker‑hosted events

What You Bring

• Ability to work successfully on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong emphasis on delivery of exceptional customer service • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to deliver with accuracy and punctuality to meet business needs • Books travel as needed • 3‑5 years experience supporting multiple executives in a team setting • 3‑5 years real estate industry experience preferred but not required • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate preferred but not required

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $26.83 to $31.56 per hour, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability coverage, as well as paid and unpaid time off. Pay is determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreements, and will not be less than the minimum wage.
