What You Bring

Mechanics will work in challenging remote environments and must be prepared for both indoor and outdoor conditions. The position demands physical stamina for bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, while adhering to a strong safety culture alongside a supportive team. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and possess three to five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, and some locations may need a CDL. Essential skills include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, and, where needed, bilingual communication in Spanish or another language. • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, and work in indoor/outdoor environments
