About the Role

As a Paint Sprayer & Facility Assistant you will ensure cabinetry is finished to a flawless standard while keeping tools, equipment and the shop organized. The role blends precision paint work with hands‑on support across the shop, yard and office, requiring you to roll up your sleeves wherever needed. • Prepare, sand and finish cabinetry pieces to professional‑quality standards • Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble spray guns, tips, hoses and lines daily • Inspect finished pieces for defects and correct them with sanding or touch‑ups • Assist cabinet makers with assembly and shop throughput as needed • Maintain a clean, organized spray booth, prep area and shop; manage finishing supplies • Operate forklift to unload, receive and stock wood and cabinet materials • Perform general labour and maintenance tasks around shop, yard and office • Handle seasonal upkeep such as lawn care, snow removal and holiday décor installation • Assist with set‑up and tear‑down for staff meetings and company events • Provide light IT‑related moves and setups as directed • Maintain outdoor areas, including weeding and flower‑bed upkeep • Transport company trucks to and from service providers

What You Bring

• Spray paint, lacquer, clear coat or stain using consistent technique • Valid forklift certification • Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record • 2+ years experience in finishing/spray work for cabinetry, millwork or high‑end furniture • Strong sanding and surface‑prep skills • Knowledge of spray guns, nozzles, pressure settings and finishing products • Methodical approach to cleaning and equipment maintenance • Ability to lift ~50 lb, stand for extended periods and work in varied weather conditions

Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, with occasional flexibility for company events or seasonal tasks.
