About the Role
The Human Resources Manager reports to an Area Director and serves as a business partner to local management, overseeing HR functions for assigned divisions. The role ensures compliance with industry regulations and company programs while providing limited direction. It also supports the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Key responsibilities include advising employees and managers on performance, conflict, and policy interpretation, and administering training, compensation, benefits, and compliance programs to attract and retain talent. The manager records and maintains employee data, monitors legal compliance, and coordinates hiring, relations, and terminations with corporate HR. They investigate employee concerns, participate in management meetings, coach managers on performance, and develop and deliver training programs. Additional duties involve conducting audits, succession planning, overseeing HR staff, and traveling up to 60% of the time.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications emphasize the ability to influence all company levels and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least three years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager handling all HR functions.
