About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adhere to all state and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. Daily duties include thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections of tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls, followed by reporting any safety issues. Drivers follow route sheets, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load and compact refuse, and deliver the load to the designated disposal site. They interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, clean accidental spills, monitor vehicle condition, clean waste from the packer blade, and complete required productivity and VCR reports while meeting productivity standards and safety policies, including participation in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement. Strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through skills are expected, along with a commitment to company policies, safety standards, and pride in their work.
