About the Role

The role is responsible for directing the development of detailed weekly plans and schedules for corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing and modifications, while ensuring adherence to on‑line risk profiles, technical specifications and Clean Energy Center procedures. During execution, the incumbent coordinates across departments and project managers to resolve conflicts, maintain safety, and meet fleet and CEC goals. • Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure compliance with technical specifications and maintenance rules while minimizing safety risks. • Oversee execution of the work‑week schedule, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, maintenance rules, and online risk requirements. • Provide guidance to department planners, schedulers, project managers and other support personnel to create accurate and effective schedules. • Drive schedule execution to achieve Work Management Process key performance indicators. • Manage priority emergent work within the assigned work week. • Analyze scheduling performance data and produce a weekly performance analysis report for the Performance Analysis Review meeting. • Assist with forced outage coordination as needed. • Coach, mentor and develop members of the work‑management organization. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs and support of outage activities outside the department.

What You Bring

• Minimum qualification: high school diploma or GED plus six years of related experience (or equivalent access and medical requirements). • Preferred qualifications include strong PC scheduling expertise, a current or prior Senior Reactor Operator license, an engineering or technical degree, and supervisory or managerial experience.
