About the Role

The Senior Project Management Scheduler reports to the Lead Project Management Scheduler and is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining multi‑discipline engineering schedules for complex projects. The role works independently, leads scheduling meetings, and coordinates with project teams and vendors to identify and resolve potential schedule conflicts while providing regular status updates and earned‑value calculations. • Develop and update multi‑discipline engineering project schedules for complex initiatives. • Lead schedule meetings, gather current information, and provide status and look‑ahead updates. • Coordinate with team members and vendors to update activity status and resolve schedule conflicts. • Prepare and analyze detailed project schedule reports, including weekly and monthly site reports. • Maintain and enhance fleet master scheduling templates and reporting tools. • Assist in calculating earned value and alert Project Managers to schedule discrepancies. • Coach and guide Project Management Schedulers within the organization. • Perform emergency response, outage scheduling, and other assignments as directed by management.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience), obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 18 months of hire, and meet any required access or medical examinations. Preferred candidates bring nuclear power, project management, and project controls experience. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience). • Obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 18 months of starting the position. • Preferred: experience in nuclear power, project management, and project controls.
