• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Collaborate with Oil & Gas domain subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learning materials based on industry standards. • Manage development and maintenance of all training materials, including e‑learning modules, instructor‑led training, and assessments. • Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness to meet global workforce needs. • Stay current on Oil & Gas industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design. • Analyse training needs for curriculum development in the Oil & Gas domain. • Apply strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models. • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
