About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units for inventory and readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting payment reminder or collection calls as needed. • Manage multiple storage locations independently, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customers’ storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, process transactions, and make bank deposits. • Conduct payment reminders and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors. • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to half of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clean and free of debris. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales backgrounds such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based industries.
