About the Role
The Manager – Facility at Cushman & Wakefield serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Teleperformance, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services in line with service levels and key performance indicators. This role supports the client’s business needs by recommending and overseeing critical site operations and delivering high‑quality, courteous services. Key operational duties include managing and supervising all facility functions such as HVAC, fire safety, EHS, power systems, soft services, BMS, CCTV, and FAPA systems. The manager monitors request and complaint reporting from Teleperformance staff, maintains daily, weekly, and monthly documentation checklists, inspects logs, and ensures prompt rectification of issues while supervising weekly SNAG closures and supporting seamless hand‑over (HOTO) transitions. The role adapts Cushman & Wakefield processes to local requirements, implements system training for staff, and conducts comprehensive risk assessments. Health, safety, and environmental responsibilities involve maintaining an up‑to‑date accident log, reporting H&SE statistics, and ensuring compliance with internal H&SE procedures. Vendor management responsibilities encompass liaising with contractors, collecting and analyzing quotations, maintaining and renewing contracts, and conducting monthly vendor meetings and supplier evaluations. The manager also oversees procurement of consumables, monitors supplier deliveries against SLAs, and prepares cost‑analysis reports to reduce pilferage. Engineering management duties involve overseeing the availability and performance of MEP equipment, reporting abnormalities with action plans, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, reviewing engineering operation reports, and delivering periodic technical training sessions with subject‑matter experts. • Act as the SPOC for the client and coordinate all site‑level communications. • Recommend and support critical site operations to meet KPI targets. • Supervise HVAC, fire safety, EHS, power, soft services, BMS, CCTV, and FAPA systems. • Monitor and follow up on staff requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. • Maintain and audit daily, weekly, and monthly facility documentation checklists. • Inspect request/complaint logs and ensure proper closure of rectification works. • Lead weekly SNAG review meetings and track closure progress. • Support transition teams for seamless hand‑over (HOTO) of facilities. • Liaise with suppliers on asset damages, losses, or malfunctions and advise on purchases. • Implement and enforce safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace standards. • Conduct risk assessments and train staff on health, safety, and environmental procedures. • Keep the accident log current and report H&SE statistics in monthly reports. • Collect vendor quotations, perform analysis, and manage contract renewals. • Organize monthly vendor meetings and evaluate supplier performance. • Oversee procurement of consumables, ensuring supplier compliance with SLAs. • Prepare cost‑analysis reports to identify and reduce pilferage. • Monitor MEP equipment availability and report abnormalities with action plans. • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met according to C&W guidelines. • Review engineering system reports and deliver technical training sessions.
