Job Highlights
About the Role
The position provides visible health and safety advice and management to one or multiple small projects, offering guidance and assurance to project teams and the wider business. • Drive implementation and compliance of health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards on assigned projects. • Lead preparation of external ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards. • Monitor and coordinate inspection and audit schedules; support operational HSW inspections and audits. • Provide input and help develop new or updated HSW standards. • Analyze audit results, KPIs and corrective actions; identify gaps and create mitigation plans. • Conduct and manage incident investigations in line with business procedures. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for working processes. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
