About the Role

Maintain clear communication, effective delegation, and commercial focus to uphold performance and company standards, bringing your technical leadership to a growth‑focused role. • Lead project delivery from concept design through construction, ensuring technical excellence. • Drive business development and client engagement, maintaining and expanding relationships. • Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives. • Oversee project financials, including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitability. • Manage and mentor engineers and drafters, fostering a high‑performance culture. • Conduct peer reviews of design work and documentation to ensure quality and compliance. • Represent the business at client meetings, presentations, and industry forums. • Improve systems, processes, and design standards continuously. • Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and quality standards and communicate commercial and technical risks to project teams. • Maintain CPEng/NER accreditation. • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships. • Drive business performance through technical and commercial contributions. • Provide learning and talent development programs, including global programmes, online learning, and on‑the‑job training. • Provide mental health, employee assistance, and wellbeing programs. • Recognize service with awards.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant project technical experience. • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Structural or Civil Engineering. • Be a Registered Design Practitioner or on the pathway to achieve this designation. • Demonstrate strong leadership and experience managing teams or projects. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative focus.
