About the Role
The business is seeking Director‑level Project Controls professionals to lead controls on major UK infrastructure projects across sectors such as rail, aviation, power, water, highways and defence. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of project controls, performance monitoring, risk and schedule management, and acting as the primary interface with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. • Deliver end‑to‑end project controls services for large, complex infrastructure programmes. • Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project outcomes. • Lead risk, schedule, cost, scope and change management functions. • Advise senior stakeholders to enhance performance and meet targets. • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day interface ensuring client objectives, time, cost and quality standards are met. • Support the centre of expertise in developing and implementing PMO project controls services. • Ensure project controls delivery aligns with client objectives and appointment conditions. • Mentor and develop a team of specialist project controls professionals.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a relevant technical degree and management qualifications, with proven experience in planning and scheduling, cost management, risk and change control on complex construction programmes.
