About the Role
Key daily responsibilities include tracking purchase orders, invoices, payments, payroll, and statements; validating invoices and resolving hold cases using sound chart‑of‑accounts knowledge; collecting monthly information from internal stakeholders and updating payment status in Oracle; performing vendor reconciliation with balance confirmations and NDC documents; continuously improving AP processes, including accruals and provisions; reconciling the general ledger and identifying budget vs. actual discrepancies; preparing cost‑center and facility‑wise budget exposure; and handling month‑end closing activities while maintaining audit‑ready records. • Track purchase orders, invoices, payments, payroll, and statements. • Validate invoices and resolve hold cases using chart‑of‑accounts knowledge. • Collect monthly information from stakeholders and update payment status in Oracle. • Perform vendor reconciliation with balance confirmations and NDC documents. • Continuously improve accounts payable processes, including accruals and provisions. • Reconcile general ledger and identify budget vs. actual discrepancies. • Prepare cost‑center and facility‑wise budget exposure and support month‑end closing. • Maintain detailed audit‑ready financial records.

What You Bring
This position requires in‑depth knowledge of day‑to‑day accounting and accounts payable functions, including end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) activity within the Work Dynamics division. It supports JLL's business objectives by ensuring accurate financial record‑keeping, improving AP processes, and preparing detailed financial statements that aid budget management and operational decision‑making across cost centers and facilities. Required qualifications are any graduate degree (B.Com preferred) or relevant postgraduate qualification, with a minimum of four years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate. Candidates must have strong knowledge of day‑to‑day accounting, P2P, invoice validation, vendor and GL reconciliation, accruals, and be proficient in the MS Office suite. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Oracle AP and AR systems, real‑estate finance operations, creditors aging report preparation, and budget vs. actual analysis. Candidates should also have experience with audit procedures, a can‑do attitude, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work under pressure or long hours when required. • Minimum 4+ years finance/accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate. • Expertise in P2P, invoice processing, vendor and GL reconciliation. • Proficiency with Oracle AP/AR systems and MS Office suite. • Demonstrate a proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
