Privileged Access Management Analyst
Operate, administer, and enhance WM's privileged access across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid systems.

About the Role
The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst will manage and improve WM’s PAM program, handling privileged credentials, session monitoring, non‑human accounts and just‑in‑time access across on‑premises, cloud and hybrid environments, and will work closely with infrastructure, application, cloud, DevOps and audit teams to embed least‑privilege and Zero Trust controls. • Configure and manage password vaults, credential rotation, access workflows and session recording. • Onboard and maintain privileged, non‑human and application accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases and cloud platforms. • Implement just‑in‑time and time‑bound privileged access controls. • Integrate PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, AWS, Azure, GCP and SaaS applications, as well as IGA, SIEM and ticketing systems. • Automate onboarding and privileged‑access workflows via APIs, PowerShell or Python scripts. • Investigate PAM alerts, support incident response and ensure compliance with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI and HIPAA. • Maintain documentation, runbooks and SOPs; manage platform upgrades, patches and configuration changes. • Identify and reduce manual processes through scripting and automation.

What You Bring
• Required: Bachelor’s in CS, MIS or related field (or 4 years experience), 3 years PAM or security operations experience, Windows, Linux/Unix, AD and cloud knowledge. • Preferred certifications: Okta Administrator, CWSP, CISA, GIAC, CCNA/CCNP, CCSP, MSCE. • Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving and self‑starter abilities. • On‑call availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

The role includes on‑call coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays, is based onsite in downtown Houston Monday‑Thursday with a flexible work‑from‑home day on Friday, and requires candidates to reside in Houston.
