About the Role
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for supervising and monitoring the financial and operational goals of each community within the assigned region, while also supporting the Regional Vice President in implementing new procedures that impact the company's bottom line. • Supervise daily operations of the regional portfolio to meet financial and operational goals • Oversee hiring, training, counseling, and mentoring of property staff, including annual performance reviews • Review and audit property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas for policy compliance and approve exceptions • Review all bank deposits, monthly bonus reports, weekly activity reports, and financial aged receivable reports • Deliver preliminary budgets to the Senior Regional Manager or Regional Vice‑President • Oversee the annual apartment walkthrough and assist Community Directors as needed • Review and approve semi‑annual file audits

What You Bring
This role is remote, but the manager must be willing and able to travel as needed and must possess a valid driver’s license. • Maintain a high degree of organization and interpersonal skills • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Preferably hold industry accreditations such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM • 3–5 years of prior management experience in a supervisory role with focus on profit and accountability • Experience with affordable properties and programs • Prior Regional Manager experience required • High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred • Remote position with willingness and ability to travel • Valid driver's license
