• Create and maintain specialized reports, records, and files as requested by leadership. • Coordinate daily schedules and calendars to maximize efficiency. • Prepare and submit expense reports. • Plan and organize special events/meetings, including travel, accommodations, transportation, meals, and agendas. • Assist HR staff with new‑hire processing and onboarding.

What You Bring
