About the Role
As a Kitchen Installer you will install remodeling products according to company standards, apply finish work where needed, and communicate with management after each job to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at the end of each installation. • Install home remodeling products following Mad City standards • Apply finish work for each construction application • Communicate with management post‑installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment • Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience, including kitchen cabinet installation or refacing, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and strong communication and customer‑service abilities. • Possess 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience • Have experience installing or refacing kitchen cabinets • Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills
