About the Role

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting through closeout. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities. • Ensure contractual obligations meet legal and regulatory requirements. • Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes for construction, equipment, and professional services scopes. • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, legal, project management) and external partners (contractors, vendors). • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and stakeholders. • Support cost estimation and change‑order management linked to contracts. • Track and evaluate contract performance against KPIs. • Develop and refine contract management processes and tools. • Maintain alignment with corporate governance and SOX compliance standards. • Manage claims and dispute resolution in coordination with legal counsel. • Provide training and guidance on contract interpretation and compliance. • Maintain accurate contract documentation and audit trails. • Participate in vendor pre‑qualification and selection from a contractual perspective. • Apply strong commercial and cost‑management expertise.

What You Bring

The Data Center team is hiring an experienced Contract & Procurement Administration professional to manage all contractual aspects of data‑center construction projects. The role ensures compliance with agreements, mitigates risk, and works closely with procurement, legal and construction teams. Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of construction contracts are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Cost Management, etc.). • Demonstrate proven contract‑management experience in construction or infrastructure. • Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract‑management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore). • Understand commercial aspects of construction, contracts, legal terms, and industry best practices. • Familiar with contract types (lump sum, GMP, cost‑plus) and delivery methods (design‑build, CMAR). • Experience on large‑scale, complex construction projects, preferably data‑center or mission‑critical. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards for construction and infrastructure. • Experience in cost review and negotiation. • Professional certifications (MRICS, CCM, PMP, CPCM) are a plus. • Available to work onsite at the Mt. Pleasant, WI data center 3‑5 days per week.
