About the Role

• Review project plans and specifications to assess feasibility and define scope. • Prepare scope letters, bid forms, and required documents during the pre‑bid process. • Maintain and update the vendor/subcontractor database; obtain and evaluate bids. • Collect pre‑qualification information from subcontractors. • Lead kickoff meetings for awarded projects and coordinate major equipment buyouts. • Assist project managers with change‑order pricing and review. • Archive project data for future estimating reference.

The role involves reading and analyzing blueprints and specifications, preparing bid documentation, maintaining vendor and subcontractor data, and supporting project managers with equipment buyouts and change‑order pricing. Candidates must have at least five years of HVAC and plumbing estimating experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test. Strong math skills, proficiency in English, and legal eligibility to work in the United States are required. • Minimum 5+ years of experience estimating HVAC and plumbing projects. • Expert mathematical ability and strong English communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test. • High school diploma and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
