About the Role
You will develop and execute tailored executive search strategies leveraging direct sourcing, talent intelligence platforms, market mapping and deep industry insights, while leading the full‑life‑cycle process from intake to compensation alignment. Building a robust, diverse talent pipeline and staying ahead of leadership and labor‑market trends will be essential to continuously refine searches and act as a brand ambassador for Regal Rexnord. Acting as a strategic partner, you will advise HR leaders, business presidents and functional heads, delivering market intelligence, leadership insights and recruiting recommendations. You will maintain high‑quality communication throughout each search, provide executive‑ready updates and talent slates, and collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Ensuring compliance with internal processes, legal standards and global recruiting best practices is critical, as is maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS and other TA tools. You will provide metrics that support continuous improvement, contribute to the development of COE tools, playbooks and thought leadership, and uplift the executive recruitment function. • Develop and execute customized executive search strategies using direct sourcing, talent intelligence, and market mapping. • Lead full‑life‑cycle searches: intake, candidate evaluation, slating, interview coordination, and compensation alignment. • Build and sustain diverse passive talent pipelines through targeted outreach and relationship management. • Provide strategic advisory support to HR, business leaders, and functional heads with market intelligence and data‑driven recommendations. • Ensure compliance with legal standards, confidentiality protocols, and global recruiting best practices while maintaining accurate ATS records. • Deliver metrics and insights to continuously improve the executive recruitment function and contribute to COE tools and playbooks.

What You Bring
Regal Rexnord is seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter who will shape leadership teams and influence business success across its global footprint. In this strategic role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, craft innovative search strategies, and drive a recruitment experience that aligns with the company’s culture and long‑term objectives. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field and brings at least five years of executive recruiting experience within a global manufacturing or complex multi‑business environment. Required competencies include exceptional sourcing and relationship‑building skills, strong business acumen, proficiency with ATS and advanced recruiting tools, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously. • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of executive recruiting experience in a global manufacturing or multi‑business environment. • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior‑level passive candidates with strong business acumen. • Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday Recruit), LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and advanced recruiting technologies. • Exhibit excellent communication, executive presence, negotiation skills and strong project‑management capability.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, dependent on factors such as location, experience and education.
