About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminder and collection calls. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the shift, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds. • Assess customers’ storage needs and recommend packing supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground maintenance

What You Bring
