What You Bring
Resident Engineers will work on NYCDDC, NYCDEP and NYCDPR projects. A P.E. is preferred, and candidates should have five years of experience on similar construction projects and be conversant with city specifications. • Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or an NYS Professional Engineer License. • Minimum five years of construction management experience. • At least three years experience as a Resident Engineer. • NY PE License preferred.

Benefits
The pay range for this position in New York City is $145,600 to $187,200 per year. Base pay may vary based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience, and the role may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits. This disclosure complies with New York Senate Bill S1326 and is determined by market location.
