About the Role

What You Bring
Rolls‑Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive the next generation of innovation. The role offers opportunities to develop advanced skills in an international environment renowned for engineering excellence. Candidates must hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or possess equivalent experience) and have at least three years of process‑improvement engineering experience (seven years without the degree). The position requires domestic and international travel, overtime flexibility, and proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, deep knowledge of manufacturing process design, materials, and technical drawings, as well as proven project‑management, leadership and change‑management abilities. Experience with SAP, Six Sigma Black Belt and related certifications is advantageous. • Hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 3 years of process‑improvement engineering experience (7 years without degree). • Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work overtime. • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented problem‑solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Deep knowledge of manufacturing process design, materials, and technical drawings. • Effective organization, planning, and follow‑up. • Proven project‑management and leadership capabilities. • Experience with SAP, Six Sigma Black Belt, and project‑management certification.
