The HVAC Product Manager role focuses on inverter ducted, ductless, and VRF systems as well as side‑discharge heat pump technology. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of HVAC products and a proven ability to translate market insights into profitable product strategies. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of HVAC industry experience, and five years working with heat‑pump or ductless systems. Candidates must be willing to work outside standard hours and travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. Preferred qualifications include an MS or MBA, product or project management certification, and strong understanding of residential HVAC applications, inverter technology, and variable refrigerant flow systems. The role also demands excellent analytical, communication, and cross‑functional leadership abilities, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of HVAC industry experience and 5 years with heat‑pump or ductless systems. • Available to work outside standard business hours and travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally. • Preferred: MS/MBA, product or project management certification, and deep knowledge of residential HVAC, inverter technology, and VRF systems. • Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
