About the Role
The Branch Manager leads branch operations, drives financial performance, ensures excellent customer service, and fosters a safe and compliant work environment. The role involves overseeing staff, inventory, and vendor relationships to support the branch’s growth and profitability. • Manage profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for the assigned branch. • Achieve financial targets including EBIT, ROIC, and ROS. • Safeguard company assets and ensure appropriate staffing levels. • Lead training programs to develop sales and operations expertise. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. • Act as liaison with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems. • Monitor local market trends and develop strategies to grow market share. • Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability. • Maintain compliance with company policies, government regulations, and environmental health and safety standards.

What You Bring
• Require at least 7 years of relevant experience and consistent vehicle operation (>20% of work week) with an acceptable motor vehicle record. • Preferred: experience with sales order software (Oracle), wholesale distribution background, and Spanish language proficiency.
