About the Role

The role involves preparing schedules, cash flow statements, notes to accounts, accounting policies, and financial statements for manufacturing and software companies undergoing statutory audits. It also includes preparing tax audit annexures such as Form 3 CD, leading statutory and tax audits for private limited companies, and independently handling tax computations, MAT, and deferred tax. Additionally, the candidate will perform inventory valuation, stock counts, book closures, and maintain internal financial control documents, risk control matrices, and audit plans. • Complete statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and GST audits. • Perform IFC management testing.

What You Bring

The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with 0‑3 years of experience in an audit firm and be familiar with IND AS and US GAAP. The role also requires staying current with business changes and process/technical updates.
