About the Role
The Manager role provides end‑to‑end support in real‑estate transactions, handling site visits, due diligence, documentation, market surveys and financial analysis. The position acts as a key liaison with internal teams, developers and financial institutions while supporting business development through client engagement and market intelligence. It also evaluates projects from a debt‑financing perspective and contributes to client pitches and transaction closures. Key responsibilities include coordinating site visits, due diligence and documentation, creating presentation pitches, market surveys, one‑page financial calculations and arranging meetings. The Manager liaises with internal teams and external stakeholders, gathering required documents such as AutoCAD drawings and collating project data. Business‑development activities involve networking, cold‑calling, industry seminars and leveraging relationships across business units to engage large‑scale real‑estate developers. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, analyzes projects from a debt‑financing viewpoint, prepares client pitch materials and conducts industry, risk and financial analyses. Additional duties cover developing capabilities in indirect real‑estate products, participating in negotiations, due‑diligence and documentation meetings, and coordinating closing activities internally and externally. • Coordinate site visits, due diligence, documentation, and meeting arrangements. • Create presentation pitches, market surveys, and one‑page financial calculations. • Liaise with internal teams and external parties, gathering documents such as AutoCAD drawings. • Lead business‑development initiatives through networking, cold‑calling and industry events. • Serve as primary contact for potential and existing clients, building strong relationships. • Analyze real‑estate projects from a debt‑financing perspective and prepare pitch materials. • Conduct industry analysis, risk assessment, financial and sensitivity analyses. • Develop capabilities in indirect real‑estate products (funds, securitisation, REITs). • Participate in negotiation, due‑diligence and documentation meetings with developers and financiers. • Coordinate closing activities both internally and externally and collaborate across business segments.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 8‑10 years of experience in capital markets, preferably with hands‑on real‑estate capital‑markets transaction exposure. Required qualifications include a CA, MBA Finance or CFA, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong negotiation, financial modelling, attention to detail and a bias for action are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across business groups. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. • 8–10 years capital‑markets experience, preferably in real‑estate transactions. • CA, MBA Finance or CFA certification. • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and financial modelling skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
