About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital photography equipment, and an iPad to create virtual tours, floorplans, and marketing photography for residential properties. Each photographer works within a core territory, fulfilling scheduled appointments and collaborating with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Produce high‑quality photographic portfolios that showcase homes and apartments. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointment efficiency. • Survey assigned markets, identify missing commercial listings, and capture required data. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect vehicle and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times. • Join conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. • Sit, stand, and walk up to 8 hours daily; lift equipment up to 5 lb. • Perform repetitive hand/arm motions on tablet and camera; occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting. • Drive and work outdoors in all seasons; work rotating weekends.

What You Bring
The role requires up to eight hours per day of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift equipment weighing up to five pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed for operating tablet and camera gear, along with occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and driving in all weather conditions, including rotating weekend schedules. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management. • ≥2 years professional experience, including real estate photography. • Professional photographer background or recent photography degree. • Drone pilot with FAA Part 107 license (or obtain within 30 days). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and accurate data entry. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational abilities. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet tools. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
