About the Role

The Porter at Eleven80 cleans vacant units, common areas, the office, and model apartments to prepare them for marketing and occupancy. This role reports to the Resident Manager and Property Manager and works closely with the maintenance staff. Key responsibilities include cleaning the business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model units, and all property common areas on a defined schedule, as well as preparing vacant apartments for showing. The Porter also maintains the exterior landscape, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and other public spaces, while providing world‑class customer service and reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor. • Clean business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model units, and common areas on schedule. • Prepare vacant apartments for showing and occupancy. • Maintain exterior areas such as driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpsters, and hallways. • Provide courteous customer service and address resident concerns. • Report maintenance problems to the supervisor promptly. • Assist with inventory control and follow safety guidelines. • Use cleaning agents and equipment safely; adhere to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies.

What You Bring

The position requires knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment, with prior experience in multifamily residential or commercial cleaning preferred. Candidates must be able to follow directions, complete tasks on time, and adhere to all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational education is required, along with some related experience. Work is performed in a professional office environment using standard office equipment and may involve travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to remain stationary for up to 85% of the time while operating office machinery. • Hold a high school diploma/GED; related cleaning experience preferred. • Work outdoors in varying weather and lift/move up to 25 lb regularly.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $17.14 to $20.16 per hour, and eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
