Job Highlights
About the Role
• Accountable for profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for assigned branch(s). • Achieve EBIT, ROIC, and ROS financial targets. • Safeguard company assets and associates while providing operational oversight and inventory management. • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands. • Utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers; act as liaison to functional leadership. • Monitor local market trends and develop strategies to grow market share and pursue business opportunities. • Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, government regulations, and environmental health and safety standards.

What You Bring
• Require 7+ years of relevant experience and an acceptable motor vehicle record; operate a company or personal vehicle >20% of work week. • Preferred: experience with sales order software (Oracle) and wholesale distribution.
