About the Role
The Director, Projects (P3 Level) role is a senior leadership position responsible for steering complex commercial‑real‑estate initiatives. This individual will oversee large‑scale, multi‑faceted projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and JLL’s service standards. The position blends strategic project leadership, senior client partnership, team development, financial and risk oversight, and business‑development activities. It requires guiding multiple high‑complexity projects, nurturing long‑term client relationships, mentoring project teams, managing budgets up to $100 M+, and identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts. • Lead multiple high‑complexity projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence. • Serve as primary relationship manager for major accounts, delivering proactive communication and long‑term partnership. • Direct and mentor project management teams, establish performance metrics, and implement best practices. • Oversee project budgets from $10 M to $100 M+, perform financial forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking. • Identify and mitigate project risks while applying quality‑assurance processes to protect client and firm interests. • Pursue new business within existing accounts and develop proposals to expand JLL’s project‑management services.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, with 15–20 years of progressive commercial‑real‑estate experience and a minimum of five years in senior leadership roles. Strong communication, cross‑functional team leadership, and deep industry knowledge are essential, with PMP certification and expertise in sustainability and technology integration considered advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • 15–20 years of commercial real‑estate project‑management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership. • PMP certification strongly preferred; proficiency in project‑management software, financial modeling, and MS Office. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with C‑level executives. • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial‑real‑estate markets, construction processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Experience with workplace strategy, sustainability initiatives, and technology integration is a plus.
