The ideal candidate holds a valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license and brings at least four years of relevant electrical experience, especially with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole‑home generators. A “fix‑it‑right‑the‑first‑time” mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to crews, inspectors, and homeowners are essential. • Maintain deep mastery of Base hardware, NEC codes, and general electrical principles. • Hold strong opinions loosely, driving clarity while embracing imperfect information.
