• Operate and monitor machinery for optimal performance. • Set up machines, calibrate and adjust settings for production runs. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. • Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety protocols. • Record production data and complete documentation accurately. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve efficiency. • Build strong interpersonal relationships with coworkers. • Make decisions and solve analytical problems.

What You Bring
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining various types of machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast‑paced production environment. Successful candidates will collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and continuously improve processes. • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms. • Multitask and stay organized in a high‑pressure environment. • Lift up to 50 lb; sit or stand for most of the shift; tolerate seasonal temperature extremes, dust, and occasional chemical fumes.
