About the Role
Key responsibilities include leading the finance team, preparing timely financial statements, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, maintaining GAAP and tax compliance, managing cash flow and liquidity, coordinating audits, and enhancing financial systems and reporting tools. The controller will also provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial statements. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions. • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies. • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance. • Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies. • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or CMA preferred, and possess at least seven years of progressive finance experience, including three years in a leadership role. Required skills include strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws, proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel, excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a strategic, hands‑on mindset. • Hold a CPA or CMA certification (preferred) and have 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. • Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. • Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
