About the Role
You will be responsible for installing and repairing equipment at various customer sites, training customer employees on how to maintain our products in the field, and performing trial runs to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications. When not traveling, you will work in Quality Control to maintain our products’ outstanding standards and manage your own travel arrangements, keeping receipts and information for reimbursements. • Install, repair, and test electrical equipment at customer locations. • Conduct on‑site training for customers on product maintenance and troubleshooting. • Perform trial runs to confirm product performance meets specifications. • Execute quality‑control tasks when not traveling. • Arrange travel, submit receipts, and manage expense reports using Concur or similar systems. • Participate in a 401(k) with company match and an employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring
The position requires proven electrical knowledge and experience, familiarity with Concur or similar travel booking systems, and a willingness to travel frequently (Sunday night to Friday) with alternating weeks on and off.
