About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative will generate profitable business by developing an assigned territory, implementing sales plans, and maintaining the existing customer base. What You Bring
Successful candidates will have a 4‑year college degree with at least one year of related experience, or 3‑4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Strong project‑management, new‑business development, communication, negotiation, and computer skills are essential, while knowledge of ground protection equipment and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand equipment sales. • Apply project management, negotiation, and effective communication abilities. • Meet physical demands: lift 50+ lb, bend, squat, and work indoor/outdoor. • Hold a 4‑year degree or 3‑4 years sales experience; possess a valid driver’s license. • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred in certain locations.
