About the Role

As a Project Manager in the Infrastructure team you will expand delivery capacity and support Turner & Townsend’s reputation. You will manage diverse projects, coordinate stakeholders, lead procurement and contract administration, mitigate risks, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to a positive team culture while mentoring graduate Project Managers. • Manage diverse infrastructure projects, aligning outcomes with client expectations and safety standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to support project success and future opportunities. • Lead contract drafting, tendering, bid analysis, and award processes following client procedures. • Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, payment processing, and change management for consultants and contractors. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues early to minimize disruption and ensure smooth delivery. • Coordinate design and construction teams to uphold high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide safety leadership, ensuring safe delivery for workers, employees, and the public. • Foster a positive team culture and mentor graduate Project Managers.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years’ experience as a mid‑ to senior‑level Project Manager in infrastructure delivery. • Proven construction experience in live operational environments, preferably with Tier 2 contractors. • Knowledge of building systems, including MEP and fire services. • Familiarity with AS‑suite contracts and their administration. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple departments. • Demonstrated ability to efficiently close out projects and documentation. • Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages. • Proficiency with MS Project; experience with Aconex is a plus. • Exposure to the aviation sector is desirable but not required.
