About the Role

• Build professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies. • Monitor, forecast and report project costs accurately to completion. • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, cost control and value engineering. • Effectively manage contract changes while maintaining governance and best practices. • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide commercial expertise and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Lead teams and commissions as required. • Adopt a collaborative, best‑for‑project attitude and share best practice. • Identify and drive efficiencies and improvements across projects.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong communication skills. • Experience with contract management (NEC3, Option C preferred). • Proficiency in cost management, change control, valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing and reporting. • Experience in people and commission management. • Solid knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management and value engineering. • Hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant field; professional membership desirable.
