About the Role
As a senior front‑end developer you will lead, mentor and collaborate within a diverse, high‑performing global team responsible for shared UI frameworks and packages across the Moata Platform. Your work will ensure teams across the business deliver consistent, accessible and high‑quality applications that support infrastructure, communities and clients worldwide. You will balance hands‑on technical leadership with strategic thinking to evolve our front‑end capability while fostering a culture of learning, trust and inclusion. • Partner with product owners, stakeholders and regional technical leads to ensure consistency, quality and excellence across platform applications. • Oversee planning, design, development and ongoing improvement of front‑end applications, shared UI components and developer tooling. • Mentor and support developers, fostering technical growth and promoting best‑practice engineering standards. • Lead estimation, risk assessment and contribute to architectural decisions while tackling complex development challenges. • Champion continuous improvement of ways of working, tooling and standards to deliver reliable, secure and maintainable solutions.

What You Bring
We seek someone with strong commercial experience and a genuine passion for technology, people and quality. You should be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, testing frameworks, SCSS, RESTful APIs and have a solid grounding in UX/UI principles, accessibility and modern web standards. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance optimisation, cloud technologies, NPM packages, agile delivery and front‑end architecture is highly regarded, as is demonstrated leadership or mentoring ability.
