About the Role
The Associate Photographer role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by creating virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography. Equipped with a Matterport Pro3 camera, digital camera gear, and an iPad, each photographer is assigned a core territory and scheduled appointments to scan homes and apartments. Photographers work closely with clients, sales associates, scheduling and dispatch teams, and a remote Photography Manager. They must communicate professionally, prioritize tasks, and ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage when not on residential shoots. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3 and digital cameras. • Manage scheduled appointments and coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize coverage and meet client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management to prioritize initiatives and tasks. • Conduct commercial real‑estate data collection in one‑mile grid squares when not on residential shoots. • Follow CoStar safety standards and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

What You Bring
The position requires up to 8 hours per day of driving, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift equipment up to 5 lb and work in all weather conditions. Weekend work on a rotating schedule is also required. Candidates need at least two years of professional experience, real‑estate photography background, a FAA Part 107 drone license, a valid driver’s license, strong time‑management and communication skills, and proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Meet physical demands: up to 8 hours of driving, standing, walking; lift equipment up to 5 lb; work in all seasons and rotating weekends. • Require minimum 2 years of professional experience, real‑estate photography expertise, FAA Part 107 drone license, valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation is hourly with an equivalent annual salary of $55,000 plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
