About the Role
This role will work out of a location or city within select Market Areas in the East Region (e.g., New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island) and must live near a major airport for travel. The Fleet Coordinator maintains the company’s vehicle fleet by performing regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all vehicles remain in top working condition. The position also involves training Hydrovac operators and troubleshooting issues with operators and managers to ensure smooth and safe operations. Compensation will be commensurate with education or work experience. • Conduct semi‑annual and annual inspections of regional trucks. • Train and develop operators on truck maintenance and operation. • Provide 24‑hour on‑call emergency repair troubleshooting and maintenance. • Implement the fleet management program and establish supplier relationships for vehicle upkeep. • Ensure compliance with Badger’s safety and service standards in the region.

What You Bring
• High school diploma. • Minimum 5 years mechanical experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivelines; heavy‑machinery experience a plus. • Minimum 3 years fleet management experience. • Valid Class B CDL. • Open to candidates who may not meet all criteria but are otherwise qualified.
